Scott Harrison Head of Woking FC Academy
Scott Harrison joined Woking FC Academy in 2015 after spending eight years at Brighton & Hove Albion Academy working with the U14s and U18s. Scott has led Woking FC Youth Academy (U9s-U16s) and introduced an U23s squad into the full-time section of the Academy, which caters for U17s +. During that time, the Academy has been awarded a National Academy League Licence and the youth team reached the third round of the FA Youth Cup for the first time in 25 years.
Scott is a UEFA A Licence coach and has worked as a coach educator for Surrey FA for 15 years, delivering FA courses such as Level 1, 2, UEFA B, Modules 1 and 2.
While working at the Academy Scott has also been involved with Woking FC 1st team. Under the tenure of previous managers Gary Hill and Anthony Limbrick, Scott worked as a 1st team coach alongside his Academy commitments. Within the Academy, Scott has overseen many success stories with players progressing to bigger clubs, including Jayden Wareham (Chelsea) and Lazar Stojsavljevic (Millwall). Other players have made first team appearances at National League Level, including Charlie Hester Cook, Sam Mason, Declan Appau, Leo Hamblin, Selim Saed and Sam Evans.
